Q: How do I set up regular withdrawals to make my payment every month?
A: Contact your agent or call Customer Service at 800-334-0090 to set up recurring payments (EFT).
Q: Is making an online payment safe?
A: We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to create a secure connection. In addition, Sentry requires that users maintain a 128-bit encryption security level to use this service. If you do not have this encryption, you will need to update your browser.
Q: How do I know when a secure session has been created?
A: Most supported browsers will give you a message box stating when you are entering a secure session. Another indication that your browser is operating in secure mode can be found in the Web site address. The address will begin with "http" in standard, non-secure mode and with "https" in secure mode.

Q: I received an error message. Did my payment process?
A: Once a payment successfully processes a confirmation page with a confirmation number will appear. If you did not receive a confirmation, your payment did not process. Contact Customer Service at 800-334-0090 if you have further questions.
Q: Will my payment be credited today?
A: Your payment will be credited using the date and time on your confirmation. However, it may take up to 3 days to be reflected in our system if payment is made on a weekend or holiday.
